You Apply for a Loan
When the Loan Officer says there is a potential Approval, We will Call and/or email to obtain Documents.
We might need additional Documents and sometimes additional detail concerning Documents.
You will Receive a CD Disclosure of the Numbers
We will gather your Documents and Create a file and Produce a Scenario for the Underwriter to Approve.
Once Approved or Other, You will Receive a Final CD of the Numbers.
You will be notified to get Ready to Move.
